The U-22 is a bench-mounted manual bead roller built with a cast iron body and includes 7 tooling sets.
Standard Features
- 22 gauge mild steel capacity.
- 7” throat depth.
- Roller head can swivel and pivot. Position it any way you want and get enough clearance.
- Manual crank handle moves the rolls and pulls the material through.
- Feed material from the left or right of the machine.
- 2 adjustable depth stops (one on each side) help you make straight, repeatable lines.
- Top knob lets user adjust the forming depth and bring the rolls together.
- Comes with 7 forming rolls, popular for HVAC projects: ¼” turning, ⅛” turning, wiring, crimping, burring, ogee beads and single bead roller.
