All Scotchman’s Dual Operator Ironworkers allow two operators to truly perform two different fabricating functions simultaneously, not limited like others to the punch station and another function. They are designed with a hydraulic system that has two pumps to ensure full hydraulic pressure and full speed when two functions are running at full capacity.
The Scotchman DO8514-20M hydraulic ironworker is a fully-integrated ironworker machine with five built-in functions: 85-ton punch (1-1/16” in 1”), 6” x 6” x 1/2” crop off angle shear, round and square solid rod shear, 20” flat bar shear (that will shear a whopping 1” x 16” and 3/4” x 20”), plus a rectangle notcher.
The most flexible feature this machine has is the rectangle notcher which can be removed and turned into several additional tools that include the following: an extra punch station, press brake, pipe notcher and/or a 3” x 3” V notcher.
All Scotchman Ironworkers come with a 3-year parts warranty.
