The Everett 20 inch dry abrasive cut off saws are designed to each users specifications, capable of cutting a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Their 20” saws provide the following options:
- Mitering, Double Mitering or Straight Cut – the mitering and double mitering options use a swivel cutting head that can be adjusted 45° either right or left of center.
- Voltages – 208V Three Phase, 230V Three Phase, 380V Three Phase, 440V Three Phase or 575V Three Phase
- Electronic wheel wear compensator – which senses the end of the cut and retracts the wheel automatically, eliminating the need to adjust the mechanical down stop limit as the wheel wears down in size.
- Oscillation - for improved cutting, reduced burr and longer wheel life.
- Hydraulic power down feed - for consistent Cutting Speed.
